Cancellations & more
Your appointments are very important to the Lock & Crown team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellations.
A credit card may be required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. Please consult with your stylist for any further details.
We at L&C want to provide a safe and clean environment for you to feel comfortable in. Although we cannot guarantee 100% prevention of COVID-19, we will be adhering to the following guidelines until further notice.
We ask that you wear a mask while in L&C. If you forget your mask, please inform your stylist prior to entering and a disposable one will be provided to you at a $2 fee.
Our waiting area is now closed. Please wait in your car til your stylist contacts you to allow you to come in for your scheduled appointment.
We are limiting the amount of people into L&C so only the person getting their hair done will be allowed in. NO tag-alongs of children, friends or family.
Parents - due to the limiting amount of people allowed in the salon and requirement of wearing a mask, we ask that you use your best judgement of your child to determine to schedule a haircut at this time. If you are not confident that your child will keep their mask on for the duration of the time in the salon or comfortable sending them in (on their own), we ask that you hold off from scheduling.
Upon entering L&C, please proceed to the restroom to wash your hands, a smock will be at the stylist’s station for you to put on over your clothes.
All payments will be contactless via SQUARE or Venmo.
If you have been sick recently, feeling sick or have been around someone who is sick, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
